Keep question titles short, or show prices to your customer without them adding to the invoice

What's a Question Description?

Inside Google Forms there is an option for most question types to add a description field. It's relatively hidden, so keep reading to learn how to find it and make use of it!

Descriptions work great to keep your question titles succinct, while letting you offer further explanation or information to the user. Our script does not pick up money amounts in question descriptions, so if you would like to relay pricing information to your user and ensure the prices do not add to the Payable invoice, you must put that information in a description. For example, if you'd like to list a per unit price, or a pricing breakdown.

Adding a Description Step 2

Payable Forms does not look for money amounts in the description fields, whereas in the question title and response fields (as chosen by the user) we do.
