Google has recently introduced chip styling to the Sheets platform which beyond enhancing the look of your spreadsheet can be used to filter content, trigger automatic actions, and more. When chip styling is applied to the Payable columns that we've inserted to your spreadsheet it interferes with the add-ons ability to read and write to these cells.

How to Remove Chip Styling from a Column
Whether you decidedly or inadvertently applied chip styling to Payable columns on your spreadsheet it is relatively easy to undo this following these steps:
Right-click on the column header for which you need to remove the chip styling
In the menu that appears, click on Data Validation near the bottom of the list
The Data Validation Rules pane will open on the right displaying rules applied to this column, click on Remove All
How to Restore Impacted Payable Data
If chip styling was applied to a Payable column on the spreadsheet it is likely your recent orders have been logged with a "Pending" Payable Order ID, to resolve this follow these steps:
From your form (not spreadsheet) click the Add Ons puzzle piece icon
Click Payable Forms to access the Payable menu
Click Generate Missing Payable Order IDs
Once this function is complete your spreadsheet should be good as new. Chat with us if you're still experiencing issues.
