If you forget to turn off Test Mode before sharing your form publicly - not to worry! With Payable Forms you now have the capability to switch modes on existing orders. What does this mean? If you accepted real orders from customers but they generated a Test Mode order, you can easily make the existing orders Live so that the customers can submit a real payment for their order.
How To
Open up the response spreadsheet connected to your Google Form
Select the Payable Order ID cell for the order(s) you wish to swap modes
Click Extensions > Payable Forms > Swap Order Mode
If the existing order was in Test Mode, it will now be Live Mode. If the existing order was in Live Mode, it will now be in Test Mode so that you can try a test payment.
When a Test Mode order is swapped to Live Mode, we will automatically email the customer a copy of their order confirmation with checkout link
